Stylish and comfortable, they are attached to a soft nylon elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head, behind the ears, not as a typical party hat!

Made from a soft green velvet, hand cut gold number detailed with a clamshell. 

Two layers of tulle ruffled for a sweet flair, soft fit! hand-stitched pom, made from a handspun yarn and glitter. 

5 inches tall, 2.5 inches wide. Elastic stretches for a wide fit.
